We will not home to anyone under 18 without a parent/guardian present

We strictly sell our rats in same sexed pairs at a minimum

​

Our rats are sexed on several occasions and separated at 5 weeks old before being homed out to families

​

Our rats, while bred to the best of our ability are not sold as breeders and are NOT to be bred privately - if you would like babies from your rat/s please contact to see if that rat could be integrated into out program so we can preserve the lines

We reserve the right to refuse purchase at any point during the adoption process

​

Our rats are sold no earlier than 8 weeks old
